~ Japan & mi ~
Language
surprisingly, my Japanese language hasn't improved at all altho i've been here for almost 1 mth. instead, my ENGLISH is improving! i think i've been speaking more English here than i did in Singapore, with my Boss and during classes with my advanced students. learnt a lot of things abt English tt i nv knew abt too. =P also been speaking in broken bits of Japanese with my younger students. as for my favourite language Chinese, the onli person i get to use it with is C. gee~ i think when i return to Singapore, i may end up to be more English-speaking instead!

Cycling
i had always been afraid of cycling. b4 coming to Japan, i borrowed En's bike for a day to practise how to cycle. =P and during the first few days in Japan, i always dread the thought of having to ride the bicycle home. but now... i'm loving cycling too much!! haha~ i sometimes look forward to the ending of class juz so tt i can cycle back! i've mastered the way to zoom up and down the slope at my apartment, and i can cycle all the way to Sannomiya by myself. i really can't imagine wat will life be like without a bicycle bcos walking seems such a drag now! =P

Housework
household chores, cooking, laundry, taking out the garbage, etc... gotta do all these things myself now. C and mi rotate our duties bi-weekly. now then i realise housekeeping is also a knowledge in itself!

Looks
when i first arrived, i took care in maintaining my looks, not wanting to lose out to all the beautiful Japanese girls i see around. =P but after some time, i slowly gave up for the sake of protecting my easily-get-dried eyes tt cannot withstand everyday usage of contact lens. so now i am back to the bochup-abt-my-looks self. =P anyway, not many ppl see mi except for my students. but someday, i hope to learn more abt how the girls here do their make-up cos they look so flawless!

Drinks
back in SG, my fave drinks were plain water, milo, milk tea and pokka green tea. now my everyday drinking diet includes tap water, coffee and hot green tea (unsweetened!).

Things to Buy
there r 3 impt things i need to buy now.
1) Handphone - been looking at lotsa models but still can't decide! =P
2) Electronic Dictionary - v impt but also hard to choose! =P
3) Yukata - i missed wearing it last yr in Hiroshima, so this yr i muz wear it.
