yesh! the computer which we have long been waiting for finally arrived in our dorm! everyone else is already sleeping now while i'm still here making full use of the new laptop. =P yup, the shinkin bank ppl actually BOUGHT this laptop specially for us to use!!

think mi already v behind with my life in hiroshima. but i still wanna talk abt the memorable things tt i did.

22/5/05: went Miyajima! which is like the most beautiful spot in Hiroshima. we took the streetcar there and made some mistakes along the way. but finally get there eventually. it was a rainy day and super duper cold!! nonetheless, i was really fascinated with the nice scenary, deers running wild ard the island, delicious momiju manju and of cos, the red tori gate!


unfortunately, i caught it when the tide is low. if the tide is high, it will look as if it's floating in the sea. wld be an even more beautiful sight. hopefully i can get to visit Miyajima again, maybe in a different season nx time for a different feel.

(btw, our state of day can be summarised in 3 words: cold, hungry & poor! haha...)

23/5/05: early morning woke up and walked for like 45mins (in order to save on transport =P) to reach Hiroshima Jo (Castle)!


then to Shukkeien Garden!


and to Aster Plaza where we watched this "Nor" show. it's some traditional Japanese Cultural Performance, but i couldn't understand at all. =P but some parts were quite interesting.


after performance, down to Hondori for some shopping! it's like our Orchard Road but it's more colourful!


but i din really buy anything. dun wanna spend my money so quickly. a couple of my frens bought yukata (light kimono).

and of cos... instant mee for dinner to save more money!!

okie~ so tt was the last day b4 working starts. maybe more updates again nx time. it's already 2am now! oyasumi nasai!
