台北の旅 2007 - Day 5
10月25日 - 我们一起去淡水

just a photo post cos i'm lazy to write all the details already. =P

we took the subway and reached 台北车站 at about 10.30am


went to this 新光三越 department store, bcos stownin wanted to see the 电梯小姐！


on board the subway again


after about 40 mins, we arrived at 淡水


stownin wanted to eat 牛肉面


then we walked through the famous 老街


tried the local specialty 铁蛋


and also a bowl of 鱼丸汤


then we came to the waterfront


ate 阿给豆腐


drank 酸梅汤


took the ferry


to the opposite island


there were more roadside stalls on the island


but most of it was quiet and peaceful


we sat for a looooong time on the swings


enjoyed the sea breeze


and took many silly pictures


then we went back to Danshui waterfront side


had the super tall ice-cream


and also fried ice-cream


it was raining, but we had to take another ferry


to 渔人码头!


stownin helped mi to take pic


while i helped him too (so act seh! *lol*)


and we asked someone to help us take


then we crossed the Valentine's Bridge


it was very windy


and also very crowded


we bought some food and went back to the boardwalk


it was getting dark


saw the beautiful sunset


and the beautiful bridge that lights up at night


time to leave 淡水


took the subway to 中正纪念堂 and walked for like 30mins


before we arrived at 鼎泰丰


i had the best 小笼包 i've ever eaten


and also some herbal chicken soup and fried rice


i really enjoyed the meal a lot!

finally, we took a cab back to the hostel, watched 我爱棒棒堂 in the kitchen...

and it's time for bed!
