Mum is sleeping behind mi now. なんか懐かしい～ this is always wat happened back in SG too... Mum would sleep early, while i'd be online until late in the night. and she would still sleep v soundly even with the lights on.

having my Mum with mi certainly has its ups and downs, of cos with the ups surpassing the downs. =P for one, i finally get to taste BAK KUT TEH after 5 months!!! yesh~ can't believe how times flies... a yr ago i was still dreaming abt working in Japan. now i'm already numb to the lifestyle here. =P

anyway, back to topic. here's wat we've been doing these few days...

2/11 - welcome supper for Mum from my boss, together with his wife, and my 2 housemates.


3/11 - it was a holiday in Japan. together with Boss and my housemates, we first went to J's church bazaar in the morning, then to support my student's high sch bazaar where he was selling fried potato. unfortunately this student wasn't found anywhere! nonetheless we had a good time. Japanese high school students are so happening! (and we witness a fight too. haha~ so J-dorama!! =P) finally, i brought Mum to take the ropeway up to Nunobiki Herb Garden where we enjoyed beautiful sights of various flowers and the bird's eye view of Kobe City.










5/11 - Sunday! our sch's BBQ was cancelled due to poor response, but i'm kinda glad cos i get more time to spend with Mum. brought Mum to Osaka, where we visited Osaka Castle (without going inside tho), and also the 道頓堀 Dotonbori street which is the liveliest part of Osaka. however, i think Mum was more interested in the wide variety of delicious bread available in Japan than all the sights and sceneries! =P














looking forward to more of Mum's fabulous cooking for the nx 3 weeks! also enjoying my cleaner apartment cos Mum has been diligently cleaning it up for mi! =P
