I am hooked to the anime "NANA".

It's the hit manga-turn-movie-turn-anime abt 2 girls who share the same name "Nana" (which means 7 in Japanese) but with totally different personalities. the story revolves ard "Room 707", where they stay in Tokyo, while seeking for their dreams and love.


in some ways, i think i am quite similar to Komatsu Nana, or Hachi (her nickname which means 8). Hachi is a v sweet and girly girl who loves all-things-pretty. She is constantly looking for love, but always end up looking in all the wrong places.


on the other hand, i'm v inspired by Oosaki Nana. She has a v charming aura, a kick-ass attitude and a strong mind of her own. Yet, she also reveals a cuter and weaker side of her at times. She can really make young girls go "I wanna be like her!"


for the last 2 weeks, i've finished watching 27 episodes. the current episode in Japan is 30, so i'm still waiting for the fansubbed version to be up at nana-nana.net. i'm also hooked to all the theme songs. punk music is actually v nice! =P i haven't watched the movie tho. definitely gonna download tt and then catch the new "Nana 2" movie when it starts showing in the theatres nx mth.
