It was a snowy weekend for me.
Went to Shinjo Snow Festival (新庄雪祭り) in my neighbourhood on Saturday and then Yokote Kakamura Snow Festival (横手かまくら雪祭り) in nearby Akita prefecture on Sunday.
Then this morning, I woke up to a snowy scenery outside my balcony.
It is still snowing heavily outside now as I'm typing this.
Would really love to share all the beautiful snowy pictures I have taken, but the internet connection is not yet ready in my apartment.
Speaking of the apartment, it's a nice and big 1-room mansion (as the Japanese call it) which is only 5 mins away from my office.
My company is also kind enough to buy for me many things like refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, etc.
Since then, I have been cooking very often. I make my own bento to work everyday too.
During night time, I watch doramas on my laptop. Just finished watching "Honey & Clover" last night. Nice show~
And that will be all for the update of "My Solitary Life in Snowy Shinjo" for now.

This season has some pretty good jdoramas if u have not been watching. Love Shuffle and Mei-chan no Shitsuji are both pretty interesting. The 2nd one is more of like a shoujo thing though. (Don't ask me why I'm watching =P)
Thanks for the recommendations. But I haven't been able to catch up with the new doramas cos I don't have a TV. =P Where do you usually go to see all these shows??
